Let’s get started! Here are the following steps to working with our photographer. First, call or email our photographer!

After we speak on the phone we will schedule an appointment where our photographer will meet you in person for a free consultation where we discuss all of your photography needs and show you the products we offer. We also offer in home consultations. This is perfect to allow us to measure and discuss where you want to hang your portraits. We do this so the photographer can make custom recommendations for your specific home, for example, framing, sizing, what to wear, coordination of you new fine art portraits based on your decor and style, etc. This is just one of the ways our photographer gets to know you a little better.

Typically, our clients are looking for portraits to hang on the wall, albums or image boxes or many times newborn announcements and custom designed Christmas cards. Our custom work is highly tailored to you and that is why we take a limited number of sessions.

From there we will schedule a planning meeting to discuss the details of your session, what will you wear, how do you want your hair and makeup, what props will we incorporate, etc.

Then comes your session! Yay!

After your session we will meet for the big reveal and ordering appointment. This is where you will choose exactly what digital images and printed products you want. It is extremely important to have all decisions makers at this appointment, as this is the time to decide what you will order. A few weeks later, your products will be ready, if you are local, our photographer will deliver to your home. Ask us about professional installation of your portraits professionally hung on your walls!

Lastly, we know we are not for everyone and thats ok! We are glad to refer you if we are not a match.

Let’s go pick out your Christmas tree and have fun making memories! Whether this is your first time or your fifteenth time its a wonderful time to get out and enjoy the Christmas season. This is a completely custom session and we can help with outfit & Christmas card coordination. We can create custom Christmas cards that coordinate with your session. This session is 20-30 minutes.

This fee covers the photographer's time making images during your session and her talent editing them. This session comes with your choice of an 11x14 print or 25 Christmas Photo cards from this session and 15 digital images. You will have an opportunity to select the images you want at your reveal and ordering session.
